Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 weeks of receipt. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. 

Please ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used. 

Shipping is via NZ Post or similar delivery services within New Zealand.
Additional fees apply for express delivery.
FREE shipping on most items with bulky orders incurring a flat $25 surcharge.

 
For our International Customers please contact us via email for quote prior to ordering. We will send you an invoice with a total amount. International Customers are responsible for any customs charges set by their own country.

Returns

All sales are final. However, if there is a malfunction or failure that occurs, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection.
